Philosophy

The training materials are heavily based around the hands-on exercises - not only would it be boring listening to one voice going on and on, but attendees are far more likely to remember something they have done rather than something they have heard.

The exercises describe the targets desired rather than step by step instructions. Not only is thinking about a problem and solving it an aid to memory, but it also ensures that a student has really understood problem rather than thinking they have understood it. Fast or experienced workers will soon finish the exercise and move on to the "just for fun" exercises. Others will need to use the reference material and ask questions from one of the experts. This means only parts that need to be explained will be explained.

Wherever possible the course will be massaged to work around the customers data and graphing requirements - increasing relevance and reducing boredom.
